Procedure

  • Single infusion mash with 3 gallons of 152 degree water for 1 hour
  • Sparge with 3.5 gallons of 168 degree water
  • 60 minute boil
  • Add boiling hops as scheduled
  • Cool and pitch yeast in primary
  • Add dry hops into secondary

28 days @ 55° F
