Procedure

  • Single infusion mash at 154° for 60 minutes.
  • Batch sparge with 4.0 gallons of 168° water.
  • 90 minute boil.
  • Add hops according to schedule
  • Cool wort to 75 degrees and pitch yeast.

Notes

Substitute Victory Malt for the Honey Malt if possible. Maris Otter base malt would be excellent as well.
