Procedure

  • Mash at 149° for 60-90 minutes.
  • Draw enough pre-boil volume for a 90 minute boil.
  • Add hops according to schedule.
  • Cool to pitching temperature.
  • Ferment at 60° for at least 7 days.
  • Transfer to secondary and lager for at least 4 weeks.
